Q: Who builds your machines and coils?
A: Dart Vaughan is the primary machine builder. Vanessa Vaughan also is a machine builder of her own builds, and we both wind the coils.

Q: What is the turn around time when I purchase a machine?
A: Depending on the season, and the work load, usually we have 2-3 day turn around on production models, and a 2 week turn around on customs.

Q: If I purchase a machine, when does it ship?
A: We ship on a daily basis. We do not wait until a key day to ship. The deadline for same day shipping is 4:45pm Monday through Friday, and 1:30 on Saturdays.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Monday through Friday 10-7pm, Saturday 12-5pm. Closed Sunday unless for a custom order.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum order amount?
A: No. You can order 1 machine to 200 machines. The more you buy, the better the discount will be. We also have discounts when you buy a liner, shader, and color packer set. Email us for more information.

Q: What does your warranty include? A: Our lifetime warranty covers everything except for the springs, as springs wear out with natural usage. We also offer yearly check ups and tuning services for a small charge. Our warranty excludes neglect, and changing of hardware.
